These terms apply to your use of the Atelier de Lashes website and to appointments, training and the referral program that you arrange through it. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them.

Services and prices

Our services and their prices in Rwandan francs (RWF) are listed on this site. Prices, offers and availability can change. The 20% discount shown on the site applies to the style you book, and we confirm it with you when you book.

Booking and changes

You can book through our online booking page, on WhatsApp or by phone. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it with you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as you can so that we can offer the time to someone else.

Your health and safety

Tell us about allergies, sensitive eyes or any eye condition before your appointment. We can do a patch test or use a hypoallergenic adhesive. Extensions are water-resistant once fully cured, about 24 to 48 hours after application. Oil-based products weaken the adhesive, and we recommend against removing extensions yourself at home. Set and appointment durations on this site are typical figures, and results vary from person to person.

Lash training

Registering your interest in lash training is not a booking. We confirm requirements, pricing and dates with you on WhatsApp.

Referral program

The referral program is open to everyone. When someone books using your referral code, you earn 10% commission on that booking, with no cap. We confirm your code and payout details on WhatsApp. Commissions are tracked and paid manually, so please mention the code when your friend books.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Atelier de Lashes. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limits of liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date. To the extent the law allows, Atelier de Lashes is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party links

The site links to services we do not control, such as take.app, WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda, and the courts of Rwanda have jurisdiction over any dispute.
